A homely base for those looking to enjoy our wonderful city!

Master bedroom: A bright double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space, chest of draws and a smart TV!

Second bedroom: A double and single bed, hanging clothes rail and chest of draws. Also complete with its very own smart TV and an additional en suite lavatory.

Main bathroom: The apartment has a sparkling family shower room, with fresh white towels provided.

A cosy single day bed in the lounge area offers extra sleeping space, with all the linen provided. Please note that the lounge area does have a lower height ceiling, and so this may be more suited to children and family stays.

Our fully equipped kitchen is prepped and ready with all the essential items you’ll need to cook up a storm to enjoy on the modern dining table and benches. Plus, a Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary pods to start your day right!

Our guests will have the whole apartment to themselves, please note the building houses 3 separate apartments and the hallways are communal areas. There is also a shared main door onto the street.

Our apartment is located on the second floor of the building and you must climb two flights of stairs to gain access. The lounge and kitchen area is then situated at the top of the apartment and also accessed via stairs.

Please Note: This apartment is in a residential area of Liverpool, no events are accepted at any time. We have CCTV in the communal areas throughout the building and a noise monitor in the apartment.

We host hen and stag groups in this apartment.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am – Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Please note, in any case the fire alarms are sounding, please call us and evacuate the property.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
