Fully furnished with modern features and high-quality furnishings, this apartment is the perfect base for your stay in Liverpool.

You’ll be welcomed by a bright and spacious living room as you enter, complete with ample seating and a super-comfy double sofa bed – perfect for unwinding with your group.

Just off the lounge is the dining and kitchen area, which comfortably caters for up to eight guests. The dining space features a wooden table with eight chairs, plus a kitchen bar with additional seating. The kitchen itself is fully equipped for self-catering, with an induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and more. You can easily whip up a hearty meal if you fancy a night in (though you’ll be spoilt for choice eating out!).

There’s also a laundry room next to the kitchen, complete with a washing machine for your convenience, plus an extra WC.

When it’s time to rest, our two en-suite bedrooms offer ultimate comfort. Each bedroom has a double bed, smart TV, and sparkling clean en-suite bathroom featuring a WC, washbasin, and shower over bath. One of the bedrooms also includes an additional double sofa bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups.

The apartment’s fresh white interiors, complemented by warm wooden floors, create a homely yet sophisticated feel – perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city.

Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment. Please note that the apartment is located in the basement and there is a steep stairway leading down to the entrance.

Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service and we send the check-in instructions the day before you arrive.

We’re available daily between 9 AM and 9 PM by phone or message to help with any questions. Outside of these hours, our emergency support team is available for urgent issues, though their assistance is limited overnight. Non-urgent matters will be addressed the following day.

Please be aware that this apartment is part of a residential building, so events, parties, and loud noise are not allowed under any circumstances. We also cannot accommodate guest groups under the age of 25.

Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. Any unauthorised late check-outs will result in additional fees.

All beds will be made up with fresh bedding and we provide one bath towel per guest. Bathrooms are stocked with a hand towel and a bath mat for added comfort.

Please note that smoking inside the apartment is not allowed and will result in a deep cleaning fee.

We are unable to accept any parcel deliveries to the apartment and cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged packages.

Finally, during peak times, we may need to carry out essential maintenance at the apartment. We will always give you at least 24 hours’ notice unless it is an emergency that requires immediate attention.
